Built for the businesses that keep Kenya running.

The salon down the road, the barber, the boutique, the duka, the kitchen. Kibanda gives them a simple way to be online and stay organised.

Why we’re building Kibanda

Most small businesses in Kenya already sell online. They just do it the hard way: sending photo after photo on WhatsApp, answering the same price question all day, writing bookings in a notebook and hoping nobody gets double booked.

Big brands have websites, booking systems and staff to run them. The shop owner doing everything alone deserves tools that are just as good, and much simpler.

What Kibanda does

Kibanda gives your business one link. Customers open it on any phone, see what you sell, order, and book a time with the person they want. You see every order, booking and customer in one place on your phone.

When customers pay, they pay you directly through a licensed payment partner. We never hold your money.

Where we are

We’re starting in Nairobi and opening to shops a few at a time, so we can set each one up properly. If you’d like your business on Kibanda, join the waitlist.

Simple first.

If it can’t be done from a phone in a few taps, we haven’t finished building it.

Your business, your money.

Your customers, your prices and your payments stay yours.

Built here.

Made in Kenya for how Kenyan businesses actually work: WhatsApp, walk-ins, phone bookings and all.
